Stuck on Lonely Island
I have a drifter that is stuck on a lonely island. You can see then running back and forth trying to get back to the boat, but they cannot.

I tried saving and reloading. but it was a no-go...

Where are the save files located? I checked the Flotsam file in Steam, and not there.

The same thing happened to me. It happened when I was near a highway island that had 2 options, 1 to loot the island and 2 to rescue someone. I chose to try and do both options simultaneously. The drifter I rescued just got stuck on the edge of the island running in place. When I moved my mother ship to another area of the map, the drifter in question kept running in place in middle of ocean, he couldn"t make it back to base, had to stop playing.

This is exactly what happened to me, to the detail. Selected both options to loot and rescue at the same time, and my newly rescued dude never got off the island. I moved and he's now just running in place on the water. I've also seen countless times where a drifter took a whole day to get off an island, running back and forth for twenty minutes before dislodging.

You can also drop them into our discord, if that is easier.

After some testing I have discovered, at least in my case, that if I do not run the game any faster than normal speed (A-1, IIRC) the characters will not get stuck on the Lonely Islands. This is ONLY required for Lonely Islands. All other accessible points do not need to be slowed down.

Cheers, Thorgrimm
