Solar panel and mushroom

Where i can find the last item to make solar panel? And how to farm mushroom?

if you talk about the solar parts, you can only find em at the city, there are 3-4 poi (i suggested to add a small solar poi to the rural too but no :D )

the mushrooms are paired with the city most of the time, you notice a strongly overgrown polluted biome, there you can harvest them (but the medicine you can gather from other poi should be enough)
