First time I played this was around 2021 I never ran into the weight limit, but this time I did and I am beyond frustrated at how I can't build more. Tons of things I don't have.. I reached the weight limit in just a few hours. Game is an uninstall and forget kind of deal.

You can build the 'Town Tugger' to increase the weight capacity.
Don't forget to link them to the townheart grid :)

It's not at all hard to get that tugger. Easy to get, build and operate. You will probably want a few eventually.

I did manage to unlock it and I think it fits in well with the lore of the game.

Build the research table first, and then you can research either by clicking on the table, or by the UI.

It's in the same branch where the manual powered generator is (almost at the bottom), but you need the engineer to unlock it.
