production limit reached, ... except that it's not

So the game continues to make unlimited items until a drifter goes and takes the items to storage.
It's probably going to take a lot to fix or they will have to count items as they are made instead of being counted only when they are stored.
I don't understand why the developers continue to ignore this. It's really game breaking early game as you have limited drifters and supplies, especially when both Chopped wood and planks are needed from dried wood (which is limited early) and both are important.
It's a recipe for disaster for new players which is why I'm guessing the forums doesn't really show much of evidence of a lot of new players. Had I played this game for the first time today I would of got a refund after about 30 minutes.
Exactly, the game needs to check all containers including export slots of production buidlings
Made the game much more enjoyable as I could build multiple production buildings of the same type, set each of the different items it makes to unlimited, and actually trust it would stop when the limit was reached.
