Where is my pre-order skin??

It was part of the product when I bought it, why isn't it in the game and why take it off the store page? It's looking like false advertising and I'm extra PO'd that their support email doesn't want to bother respoding.

It's in the game, you have to beat the game once to unlock New Game+ to change suits. Idk why it wasn't mentioned in the advertising at all. GOG did the same thing.

Is it actually? Cause I'd gotten a response from Devolver saying it had to get approved by Valve and would be in today or tomorrow.

Don't tell BS. I Pre-ordered the game on GOG and can use the DLC suit just fine from the second mission.

I can attest to that as well since I am playing on GOG as well, through initially almost forgot to install the DLC (I installed the game and my pre-order skin via the downloadable installers at first).

I've beaten the Steam game on Normal difficulty, 2 missions on Hell difficulty, and 1 mission on Fever. I have yet to obtain the Steam skin, even after obtaining two Hell difficulty skins.

I ended up installing directly from galaxy first, since the installers were yet to be available and I couldn't wait anymore XD.

I have the Xbox version and from the mission garage you go Special>Suit Select and it lets you pick the suit, even if you haven't beat the game. Does the PC version not have that?

The steam version apparently not, but the GOG has no issue whatsoever. If anything, thanks for telling us this, as that this further confirms that it has nothing to do with beating the game.

I think at this point it's just straight up not in the game yet. Hopefully it doesn't take too much longer to get added, cause I don't wanna continue playing until it's out.

I can't blame you by one bit, considering that the "exclusive skins" were the only excuse for pre-ordering the game.

Hope it will be fixed soon.
