How does cross-play work?
Do Xbox/PS Players play with PC players? Do they separate controller and M/Kb lobbies?

Yes PC/Xbox/PS5 players play together.

Crossplay is enabled by default but you can turn it off in the settings. But if you do it may take you longer to find lobbies.
