Anyone else moved onto other games?
I wanted to like this game but in the end it comes down to being Warzone lite. I bought this game for something new but the ultimate playstyle that works is just running around outgunning people. Anyone else bored and moved back to their regular shooter?

I didn’t get « bored » but I encounter so many issues which make the game buggy / unfun to even « dangerous » to my computer that I decide to stop until it get fixed.

Recently I encounter memory issue ( I have 16 Go of ram) and cpu in the main menu ( lead to a blue screen)
My guess is that it was link to the « search player function » I use early but I decide to stop play it as I receive no answer from now through the forum, Twitter and as I send a message through steam.
For other issue it was more link to lag, cheat / exploit / bug.

Yea I got bored but not really from the gameplay. I played a lot during the betas and I already feel burnt out. I think I'm just either waiting for a gameplay revamp and/or the introduction of several new maps+characters.

With my 7950x and 4090, the game dips into the 50s at 1440p on certain maps. I can run Cyberpunk 2077 on overdrive mode without DLSS or frame generation and get 70 FPS.

I think it has something to do with no occlusion culliing of NPCs I don't think the game even renders them in lower detail at distance.

Nah, I think it has something to do with ray-tracing or them faking ray-tracing because this drop happens near very reflective surfaces. Diamond Spire has a ton of these locations and the FPS always drops lowest when looking at them.

I'm a little concerned that gunplay is currently the top most important skill in deciding victory. I hope its tuned a little more towards positioning, and some map route planning. The shoot to kill time might need to be tweaked at a later point, if this becomes a problem. Map design could really sell this game more, and I feel battles ending in one confrontation might mean a less thrilling experience.

This post worries me. 1st off, if Warzone is your go to multiplayer game then I worry for you. Also, I'm really getting tired of the Battle Royale comparisons. This is not a battle royale in any sense.

Like any game eventually people will move on. I can see a dedicated group of 500-300 players on this a few months from now.

You worry for me because I play Warzone? Isn't that a bit silly? I'm comparing it to a BR because that playstyle is rewarded when (in my opinion) it shouldn't be. If you had actually read the post instead of instantly commenting your "objectively better" gaming opinion you would have realized that my guy.

Will the devs afford to make new content/keep the servers up with 300 to 500 players?
