What is the surest way to get "Just a scratch" achievement?

I've tried multiple methods, such as:
*Depleting hunter's stamina by performing movement and getting him hit by a monster;
*Initiate an open combat with a monster, so it wears out hunter's stamina;
*Wounding hunters into "waning" condition and reviving him before timer runs out.
All these attempts were unsuccessful. Also, repeating them on older saves, new game and new game with ironman mode didn't work for me.

Did you have any luck completing the achievement? I tried all the above and didn't get it. I also posted a question on Discord, but still didn't get an answer.

Hmm, maybe it's broken now? Or maybe it's inaccurate and hunters have to actually die in combat?

Yeah, I tried letting my guys be downed a few ways, and tried getting them all downed at the same time, as well, but it just failed the mission... and still no achievement. Tons of people have it, on Steamhunters too, so I assume it used to work normally in a previous version, but now is broken... I think the only thing I haven't tried yet, is letting them go into waning, and then waiting it out until they actually die.

To the future viewers of this discussion: It appears to be that it is impossible to get such achievement via legitimate way due to some bug in the current version. And there are no signs of it to be fixed. If you really want to get this achievement, you'll have to use a thrid party program that allows you to unlock achievements.
