I was playing through the game and then I discovered that "Neptune Unlocked" is not unlocked for me despite that it's already unlocked in game. I suspect there are 2 possibilities: 1. This achievement alone is bugged somehow 2. Planet unlocked achievement are not saved when you also complete a planet at the same time: I recall myself seem to have finished Saturn exactly when Neptune is unlocked....
