Crash Glitch

Hello, I keep getting a crash in the beggining after Kurisu meets Okabe. In a part where Okabe opens his phone and sees a video, a crash happens. And it would keep crashing. There was a point where that same scene showed weird large pixels on the screen, so maybe that can help show the issue I had?

Sadly a lot of people including myself are getting this bug. Seems more related to AMD video cards but know some Nvidia are also affected. However nothing can be done until it gets patched.

Me and lots of people have the same glitch in the exact same part. I don't know how bad reviews haven't skyrocketed
Anyway, they're aware of the situation and a Patch Will be coming in the next months, so don't get too excited to play they game

If your computer has an Nvidia graphics card, use the Nvidia Control Panel program to force the game to run on the GPU.

If your computer doesn't have an Nvidia graphics card, you can either wait for a fix or get a refund. Given that the bug was known internally for months and the game was released like this anyways, I wouldn't hold out hope for a fix being high-priority.

Lazy, I had the same problem. It was confirmed fixed at least for me after I updated the video drivers. Remember friend our AMD's basically stop working when they out of date. Hope this helps!

That's what I thought. The bug is already known for month during development, and they didn't fixed back then. If a fix is ever coming, except it to come in months from now

I can confirm that trying to run the game through your GPU does fix it. Just to give out specifics, running INTEL CORE i7 7th GEN and NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050.

I can also confirm that forcing the game to run on an Nvidia GPU does prevent the crash (Running on Intel Core i7 7th Gen and NVidia GeForce GTX 1060).

Just confirming I have not had a crash, running on an i7 with an Nvidia GTX 1080. Suppose just don't run it on your integrated card..?
