Im seeing a LOT of good reviews but why?

I'm missing something- I played and LOVED this years ago when I first played. It was addicting, but I quit because of nonsensical puzzles, confusing levels, parts that legit don't even make sense with key interactives matching the background with no indication of needing to touch it? Even looked up stuff before to see if anyone had help and not even the creators knew some parts lmao. I want to try again, but don't want to waste 60$

It really isn't worth beating, the further you go, the worse the puzzles and dungeons get and also the story is bad and continues to be terribly edgy unless you enjoy watching minors being abused/raped.

This sounds like we're playing a different game, there is nothing nonsensical about this one.

This is one the best video games i've played in a decade, but of course from its whole design-philisophy it's hostile to normies. You should avoid it, if you're only accustomed to run of the mill power-fantasy RPG's.
