Stage 7 help?

I need to find how to solve the puzzle on the 5th floor, and can't find the item I need to solve it. I went all the way around the 2nd floor where I'm supposed to find it, and it's not appearing. Can someone mark on the map where it's supposed to appear?

It's wherever you put it when you took it out of the matching puzzle on the Belle Moi. You did make sure to circle back and grab it when you didn't need that door open anymore, right?

A guide I looked at mentioned it should be in the hospital on the second floor, but I haven't found it

Did you open all the doors? Did you check your storehouse?
They are medicine in brown bottle and your will get 2 of them.
Sort your storehouse inventory and check your medicine.
