Why can't Rico shoot out of a car?

I mean, rico has practically an endless list of all the amizing things he can do, and why can't he shoot out of the window of a car while he's driving? the military can, and so can the factions, but why does rico have to jump onto the roof to shoot, and why can't he shoot directly behind him on a motorcycle too? (IF YOU FIND A MOD FOR IT, COME BACK TO THIS DISCCUSION AND POST A LINK FOR ALL TO SEE!!!)

I completly agree with you. When ever I'm in a chase, and the military are shooting at me, I find it to be such a big let down to be the world's best agent, sitting in a car while the military just shoot at me.
Of course, this is just another minor thing for myself, and I think I can forgive the game for doing this. :3

I can definatly forgive it, I just dint like the only way to shoot them from a car, is to let go of the wheel, and jump out alltogether and go on the roof, and the only way to shoot out the tires on a bike is to slow down and let them pass you, and THEN shoot the tirese, since you cant shoot directly behind you.

Why shoot out of one when he can jump on to the outside of it and then shoot?

Do it in style or don't do it at all!

Because when he's on the roof like that, you lose controll of the car entirely, you cant turn, brake, or speed up from there, so if your about to drive off of a cliff and on the roof, that just wont end well.

Another great thing would be to let Faction members jump into your black market vehicles and lean out the side and sunroof.

I dont understand why people even drive in this game. If i am not using a plane or chopper, i am using Chute and grappel hook. Add booster to your chute and your faster than sports cars. Driving? LOL

There are a more than a few times you have to drive a vehicle for game quests/missions.

sports cars are way faster than the parachute, even with the thrusters while grappling.
