Mod Uninstall Help?

I downloaded some mods that unlocked everything for just cause 2 because i wanted to fool around. I took them out of dropbox and they don't uninstall? I started a new game and still all the mods were still there?

The mod was full unlock for shop and all items free.
Also, I tried uninstalling just cause 2 and reinstalling, and still, nothing.

Help please, I want to replay this great game but I want to do it well.

Not to sound reduntant , but are you sure you used the right "path" to the "dropzone" folder? If you did, you may have not deleted ALL of the componets of the mod. The best way I know of is to delete the "dropzone" folder and ALL of it's contents altogether. Then, if you want, recreate the "dropzone" folder for future use. That has worked for me every time! I hope that helps!

Alright i figured it out. It was in win_32, so I deleted the contents of the mod in that folder. Its dumb how when I uninstall on steam, it keeps that folder.
