Vehicle control
I was having a lot of fun destroying things and ♥♥♥♥ until I handled a vehicle. Helicopters and boats are ok, but wtf is wrong with cars and bikes? Worst controls EVER.

It's a shame because I'm really enjoying the game, but now I'm trying to avoid any cars because driving is a pain in the ass.

Same thing happened with Sleeping Dogs or Saints Row 3, physics makes the car feel like it's made of plastic. I wish more driving games were like GTA IV. That game has some nice physics.

I was kind of thinking this too. I think if I use my controller to drive it might be better, but I don't know.

I agree, the vehicle handling ruined this game for me. I was really looking forward to being able to cause mayhem while on the go but the cars handle like a horse trying to ice skate.

its controlls are like that "Just Cause" they can.
not sorry for the lame pun.

The controls are way too sensitive. I don't know if this is a development issue, but when you spin out and over a bridge when trying to overtake another car, then something is definitely wrong. It is perhaps the worst aspect of JC2 and I sincerely hope they fix this in 3. This is perhaps what stops this game from being an absolute classic.

I don't know if dropping the resolution fixes it, because it fixes the real time events for disabling control systems.

I thought it was just me being picky, but I agree the ground controls are just odd and far too sensitive,. I do hope they fix it in 3.

The controls were designed for Filthy Console Peons - if using a keyboard, the trick is to tap them instead of holding them down.
Motorbikes are especially fun - you'll want to make sure both wheels are on the ground before you try to turn.

Bumps and bridges are the worst places - entering a bridge tends to bounce you, and any attempt at steering while bouncing is going to be exciting. It's easier if you slow down to a more controllable speed and accelerate again once on the bridge.

Try going over some of the ramps. In one instance my car just stopped dead and blew up because the alignment was way off and it was like hitting a brick wall at 100mph.

They are kind of wonky but is pretty easy once you spend a lot of time playing, lol.

They said during the accouncement for Just Cause 3 that they'll be improving the vehicle handling.

Exactly, and the same goes for every control in Bully: Scholarship Edition with a keyboard.

I agree it sucks but personal i go everywhere flying. enough money to buy helicopters.
But you are right in a game with over 100 vehicles it is a game killer mistake

I find that bikes are not as bad as cars

Bikes are worse for me. If you're on a Hamaya Cougar going at the highest speed and you need to turn, you will most likely go out of control, fall of your bike, and your bike will crash in to the terrain.

Are you playing with a keyboard? With the controller most vehicles seem to handle OK, or at least are manageable. Although some are totally uncontrollable.

One tactic is to slow down a bit, powerful bikes just cant be controlled on full throttle, but that would be the case in the real world too.

Yeah overall I don't think the controls are the best in this game. But controller seem to beat kb&m since mouse controls suffers from negative acceleration. Which is a shame really, I prefer kb&m for shooters.
