Multiple Grapple Mod?

I am looking for a mod allowing me to have multiple active grappling hooks so that I can grapple multiple cars/people/objects together. I have heard of such a mod but not ben able to find one. Can somebody help?

Get BOLOPatch

You have to start it manually at each game so make sure you do it in the following order:

Start JC2 and load your game save.
Once your level is loaded, pause game, ALT+Enter if you are in full screen
Start BOLOPatch and check the options you want
Go back to your game and ALT+Enter to full screen again.

I've seen that mentioned on Justcause2mods.com what actually is it?
Its not just for multiple grapple is it?

It's basically a trainer. Has God mode, infinite ammo, multi grapples, stronger grapples and allows you to edit your money/chaos/upgrades.
