TRY THIS:

Right click on the steam icon of JC2 and go to properties>Set Launch Settings

Type the following:

/dxadapter=0




Then try this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWZ1z9Q26gE



(if with adapter=0 dosnt work try changing the number to 1, 2 or 3)
