bought vehicles
when i buy a vehicle the black market, how do i find it again if its misplaced? and how come i have to buy a new one?

You won't find it again. Buying vehicles is not 'permanent', you just get one delivered. If you destroy it or leave it somewhere and can't find it, you'll have to buy another one.

Yep, it's a one time purchase that's why DLC's sucks. Same goes to weapons

That's why I find everything in the black market way too expensive, makes the whole market totally useless. It's easier to just get your own weapons and cars.
There are some mods that make the black market prices more balanced though.

True, true. The various blackmarket mods are definitely worth a try. Most of them also add the ability to order non-agency vehicles.
