Cars are bouncing

So the game is running great but the thing is cars bounce. Not all cars bounce though. Only sports car bounce and most planes do to. Any way to fix this? Also, how do you teleport to a waypoint in online cause I got this game like 4 minutes ago and im new.

I'm having the same issue with vehicals, except it seems that everything is bouncing except boats. Before, it ran normally, without any issues so no idea what's diferent.
