I recommend the Superman mod, Technopath's Black Market Mod, Instant Blackmarket Menu Loading, Enhanced Factions Military, Less Psychic Police, and Proper Sprint Speed if you've already finished the game and are looking to have some fun. Using them all in combination is great fun.
