How to open buy menu?

How? Also, I've seen people spawn themselves to certain a spot on the map. Do you do that from the buy menu?

Once you finish the first 2 missions (after the casino and car chase), you ahould be able to call in the black market by pressing 4. You also need to also look for signal (shouldn't be very hard, move around until the crosshair turns from a red sign to moving bracket) and press enter when you've found signal. A small skippable cutscene should come up and you should enter the black market.

The "spawning around the map" is called extraction, which is unlocked after you do a third mission (faction or agent). You can only use extraction to an area you have discovered, but does not cost money.

Let me clerify,I'm talking about the Multiplayer mod.

I'm assuming it depends on the server, but from what I've seen you can teleport to locations via typing in chat "/tp NAMEOFPLACE"

Most of the places will have it's name shown above the location, such as when at airport it'll show the word airport above it. Some places will just be abbreviations n such so ask around the server

Also from what I've seen - either M or B is the buy menu.
