It seems like all 3 games are around 400 square miles in size.

I found it! The playable area of JC1 is 1'025 km2 and JC2 is 1'035.55 km2. JC3 is about 45 by 45 kilometers, making it about 2'025 km2. This game is insane!

It's worth noting, though, that Panau is much more detailed and densely designed than San Esperito. Also, a smaller part of Panau is just water than in Medici's case.
