Where is the last water tower

I have destroy about 221 but it just say 220 I need help

The game is bugged and missing 1 water tower and a few crates. There is a mod to fix it.

I just went to try to download that mod and the download page seems broken (I hit download and just get returned to the search results page). I hope I'm wrong, I originally played it on a PS3 and I remember that missing tower very well. Has anyone downloaded the mod recently?

Answering my own question in case future searcher need to know: I just needed to create an account. I now have the "100 percent completion" mod and its prerequisite, the "world location settings" mod. Even better, I've been there and there it is, bold as brass. Even bestest I blew it all kinds of up, just to make up for lost time. At last!
