[Bug] Oil Rig from "Black Gold" Stuck at 97%

I'm not going to go too much into this because it's an exceptionally well known glitch (it has been around since release, apparently, because I keep finding 6 year old posts). How do I fix it? I'm way past that mission now so restarting it isn't an option.

And how do you go 6 years without fixing a glitch that affects this many people?

well it's a nerco but , use a rocket choper from air base where u get mission and fly about 700m and shoot at the drill building from afair , onces u destroy it u can get closer , problem is cos u destroyed it before mission but this little glitch fix works , the root of the problem is onces u get closer drill tower loads as destroyed already and u get the bug

Same thing to me ... stuck at 62 % .... Oil Rig - Black Gold

I need your help to finish one mission ...
Destroy Rig .... One Oil Rig I've done 100 % but the main Rig I get stuck when about 31 % when 62 % and never 100 % ....
With those helicopter I try to finish them has rockets and mounted gun ....
