Ular boys Stronghold takeover 2 bug

I'm stuck in the second stronghold takeover mission with the ular. I escorted the technician to the computer and he started hacking. But there are no waves of enemies spawning and he just doesn't stop hacking, so I can't finish the mission. Does anyone know what to do?

restart the mission (Abort the mission) or just select restart from last checkpoint

I did this like 5 times, I'm not stupid,
the enemies just don't show up

Not on that particular mission, but in one stronghold takeover I kept waiting for the enemies to show up and they never did, so I started scouting around the base and found them stuck behind a building a short way away from the standoff location - I guess they spawned there by mistake and pathfinding didn't work for them. If it happens again try a bit of exploration - they might be hung up on terrain in some weird spot.
