Double question ?

My computer specs (Custom water cooling system) cpu,ram,gpu and bridge have got dual titan x but (G)old system,my question is support (asus rampage V edition 10) and cpu 5960x ?
Other question release date 2 or 3 time change it why ?

I've gone through one water build ( only good for cosmetics or overclock , etc ) -

I just use single 1080ti cards in my builds . It's really all you need for most uses .
