(SOLVED) Financial District Incredibles Build Pad

Missing the build Incredibles Build Pad in the financial district. Doesn't show up on the map at all. Found the Pixar Family build pad, just not the other.

As Grand Captain Speedy Dash said below, this is a bonus pad that unlocks after you finish the rest of the pads.

I have the same problem. I have used every family build pad but the normal family build pad in the Financial District and two of Pixar family build pads in Waterfront and none of the three are showing up on my map.

Apparently that is the bonus Pixar Family build pad that is suppose to unlock once you do all the other Pixar family build pads.

Em im confused have the same Problem?
I have collected all of the other Pixar buildings, it is showing on the Minimap.
But once i go there its empty, i can even place a marker buts its not there.
Again collected all other Pixar buildings

Have you tried restarting the game?

I completed the game 100% but the achievement for building all Family Builds didn't unlock. SO maybe I'm missing this one? I'm going crazy. Can some good soul tell me what you build on this bonus pad? So I can check if I already built it or not. Thanks.
