Steam Reveiws were a nice feature when they came out, but too many people think their knee-jerk reaction constitutes a review.
*I've played 30 minutes, let me tell you why this game sucks*
*As a life-long counter-strike player, let me tell you why this game isn't counter-strike*
And if a game has an update that upsets the community in any way? they just review-bomb it instead of letting the dev sort it out.
A small example of this is Highway Bloosoms. Dev added spoken voice dialogue, made other improrovements, released all for free for existing owners...and people were outraged over an acheivment that the dev made harder to get, so to get 100% in the game it took way longer. It was meant as a joke, people lost their minds over it. It was changed pretty quickly, but the outrage remained.
I have been flying around to get to places faster, you can create a flying character at Edna Mode's house. You can also fast travel everywhere out the gate. The thing that I found is that the town feels more organic/alive is that makes sense.
For example, there's a prison where you can visit the villains you put away. There's a farmland with crops, etc. It's smaller than I thought it would be though.
