Lego Survey codes don't work

If you fill out the survey at legosurvey.com/theincredibles you get codes for unlockable minifigs. The problem is the code for Plastic Man is incomplete and doesn't unlock. Tried all trailing and leading values, no dice.

G1MHR7: Gamma Jack
E6HUY: Plastic Man

Plastic Man is a DC character, so I'm guessing that the text at the end of the survey is supposed to only have Gamma Jack. Additionally, at the start of the survey, it says that you'll be given *a* cheat code, not multiple. Someone must have not fully deleted the codes from the last written (or template) survey, which is why Plastic Man is here.
