Missing dlc characters

Does anyone else have this issue where you pre-ordered the game but in game is says you only have 113 when we should have 119 characters?

Yes, it shows that I have the Parr Family Vacation Pack installed, but they aren't showing up on the character selection screen in the game.

I not preorder game, i just see this date on microsoft story.
Maybe this release for all, now this dlc limited time for preordes

i think he means bugs like this. Also, i preordered from GMG on June 12th, 3 days before the release, and the DLC doesn't appear in my game
