What's the trick to fly as high as possible ?
No matter my input I can't seem to fly high enough to get the green capsule in the level Raising (one of the very first). Is there anything special to do to fly as high as possible in terms of input ? Or am I missing something with the course itself ? I'd like to understand because it's frustrating not to understand what's missing.

Edit: After several attempts on a later track with same requirement (flying really high) I can definetely feel something super not intuitive and weird is going on with flight controls. Sometimes I manage to fly really higher up and further and I have no clue at all why. My controller feels a bit odd as I try to go down it tilts slightly on the left a bit too often so maybe there's something going on with it but even with arrows I never could reach maximum height at all so I really don't know.

I'd like to enjoy the game but this very detail is seriously getting me annoyed at the game really bad. I don't care being at the bottom of the leaderboard or whatever but I'd like to at least understand what the game expect me to do reach a certain altitude or a point on the map. Because as it stands I'm not doing things right and I don't even know why.

Just tried keyboard just to be sure and it's almost impossible to play at all anyway since you can't by default register 3 inputs at once so yeah there's that. And even if I don't try to aim and simply fly as high as possible I'm way too low for my target.

So what is the game expecting me to do ? Some mumbo jumbo secret dance to have that bloody ship fly a bit higher ?

If you go off the very edges / top corners of the ramps, you get more height. And yeah, that's not intuitive; someone had to tell me too. I think that's about the only unintuitive thing though. I also heard a tip that you can hold down at the start of the race to get a slight bit more of air from spawning, and being in the air is faster.

What do you mean exactly by that ? By jumping from the sides of the road ? Or simply by going off-track from the highest peak you can when it's possible ?

Because that's what I've always been doing to no effect and there's one case where I jump from a ramp so I litterally don't decide where I jump from so I should always fly at about the same height and distance and yet sometimes I manage to fly way higher than most of the time. And that most of the time is clearly not high enough to reach the green capsules.

There is little arrows to the left and right of the ramps. You should follow them and see what happens :)

I'm talking about a situation where there is walls on both sides and just a ramp to jump fromp and clearly I can go higher or lower depending on the inputs for some random reason.

I understand that there's "hidden" jumps to make when you think outside of the box, I'm not dumb thanks.
