Hello! I have encountered two problems with the game.

The pause (esc) button does not work and sometimes when opening the game it opens in the background (or something) so I have to tab out and then tab in so I can play it. But these are minor problems and don't affect the game much or the fun I had while playing.

Great game, I have really enjoyed it so far.

I'm getting stuttering during gameplay. Tried vsync and max framerate limit options in nivida control panel but nothing helps.

I want to ask did difficulity achievements count only if you do every level in that difficulity or is just boss fight?
