The game won't let me progress beyond the create a persona page. I keep getting sent back edit, not matter what I click. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I's stuck at the map - I just started play this game for the first time and I was following the tutorial and it's telling me to go into map to see rivals. But it seems to be stuck on "retrieving map" cycle for over 10 minutes before I manually shut the game down.

I'm using 3840x2160 screen as you can see my screenshot. What can I do about it?

Edited to add:

I reduced to 1920x1080 and it seems to fix the issue. But I would rather having full screen gameplay - 3840x2160 or 3840x1080.

I've tried verifying the integrity of the local files, and gotten "1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired" each time.

I've tried a complete uninstall and reinstall.

Is there somewhere I can submit the crash report?

Having a similar problem, only all my files passed verification.

Hello! I love this game dearly and am enjoying it very much, but Im having some serious graphics issues. I play it on Mac, and after the first couple plays I found that the graphics started glitching terribly. Some animations flicker or dont show up at all, and for certain characters I only see their neck and shoulders but no face (or the other way around). Is there anything I can do to help this not happen?

After the 1.09 patch, the Office is broken in that I can not click any room other than the Bear room and trying to assign and remove executives from the building doesn't work right.

It also randomly allows me to click the exchange for the "Blood Pact" asset option almost once a week for free and awards me the assets therein.

The same has just happened to me !! My exec office suddenly has 4 rooms instead of 3 and the exchange rate is all nines and I can't remove/assign execs that are already inside.

Same bug - office works really wonky: no option to buy more rooms and sometimes shows incorrect number of active rooms / execs (for me it's all rooms and Max G. in the first one when I only own one)

After the latest update, there's a bug that's turned up that's basically broken the office facility. Max appears in the image for the Bear office even if he's not been hired yet and if you're lucky enough to be able to assign someone to it in the first place. If you are lucky enough to be able to assign someone, you won't be able to select any of the other offices to unlock them, and the conversion options sometimes aren't available or are completely glitched out in their numbers (underflow or something I guess would be the word?) even if you have the required amount to access them.

After the latest update I cannot continue my company. the game just auto exits shortly after pressing "resume". I can edit my gentsona/ rival and look at my gallery.
Could it be because of the changed API?

The drag and drop mechanic keeps bugging out on me. When I drag and drop an executive to a building/activity, it doesn't always register but their slot will be greyed out. They don't complete the activity I've assigned to them and I can't drag them to another place or back into the rec room. I've tried dragging other execs to activities to try and push the idle ones out but the game doesn't work that way and just tells me there's no room for them. This happens very frequently and can sometimes be fixed by going to another screen and then coming back, but other times not and I have to quit to the menu and reload.
