Field Settings

I haven't seen this discussed in dept. But I find custom field settings to be very essential in helping your bowlers. I used to think my bowlers are no good and I would continue searching for proper bowlers until I discover(by accident) one of my biggest problems. I wasn't setting the right fields for my bowlers. So when setting my field, I would take into account the match situation as well as the batsman hitting areas and combine those with the bowlers style of bowling. Since then I've been reaping so much success that I can almost always dictate the outcome of a match from a bowling perspective. Does anyone have any tips to help with even greater success?

Always have 2 slips in 4/5 day games and 1 in one day, in one day, however, take the slip out at 30 overs. don't take him back in when a new batsman walks out.
