What build for your companions?

As the title says. Just got Rerah and was a bit unsure how to build her, some kind of combat/support hero? But her stats are specced for constitution and dex. It also seems they reduced skilltrees from 3 to 2, so I guess that narrows down your options.

I would also like to hear from everyone what route they went for all the other companions.
