Tunnel key for Old Commune in Cahlabrok

Where can I find it, please?
Or is there any other way to get to the region where the vengeful spirit is?

Edit: Found the NPC that gives the quest after I advanced with the plot. Needed quest from dwarven smith.

In the east there's a dude that gives you a quest to clear out the old commune. Next to him there's an entrance that takes you to that area.

Thanks, hope it's not bugged. I ran around the whole area and didn't find anyone. If it's not too much trouble could you add a screenshot where to find him?

Is the npc near the blacksmith?

Uh a bit south of him if I remember correctly.

Might be bugged, there's no NPC I can talk to south of the smith.
Edit: Never mind, I needed quest to get lich bones before he appeared.

Hmm, found another vengeful spirit in the mine and the quest disappeared...looks like a bug to me.

you have to revisit the area at least once...
the questgiver is in the lower part on a cliff to the right.
maybe you even have to complete some quests before, i dont know.

Where do you get the quest for lich bones? I'm runing around and it seems I have done everything but can't find the quest for lich bones nor the npc for the old commune quest.

From the smith in the dwarven city I think.

in the meanwhile i finished the game and while proceeding with the main quest i got tjat quest as well but thank you for you reply

If u cannot find the blacksmith in Cahlabrok, open World map and travel to The Crimson Mire. Few meters NW from start location is the BS fighting a wolf, kill it and BS will spawn in Cahlabrok

(If u cant find the quest giver for old commune, just progress other quests, for me it quest in Windholme)
