Vinculum

How do you use it?

I equiped it and i see the "tears" but i can´t interact with them. I tryed using abilities on them but nothing happend. Tryed equp it on my mages and cast spells on them but nothing happends. What am i missing?

I bet it was something obvius xD. Think it shoud state it got a on use ability tho but yea..i shoud have been able to figure that out...
