Chest combination for windwall

Has anyone figured out the combination to the windwall outskirts bandit camp chest combination for the moonsilver optional quest? or is there some hint I missed I may have perhaps missed?

Then it is a bug as the two blue ? turn up when having that optional side quest which I asume you had reading your initial post.

i didnt have it either. went to chest and it showed up after and now going to north east and back it aint working with the code
