Where is Human titan?

I can see the Human Titan on the loading screen. As far as I know, it was in the original game. But I can't find it now...where can I produce it?

You have to do a sidequest first that unlocks the titans for you. Then just summon them at the altair like usual.

Is that 'sidequest' something I have to do in campaign to produce titans in skirmish?

No only in the campaign. In Skirmish you just need to find an altair, controll the sector of it and feeding it with resources.

They removed their timer, they don't despawn anymore.

What about the animations? Do they have only one strike animation or more than one?
