Dualsense/PS5 controller buttons not showing up?

I use a dualsense controller with my PC. I get that this game came out before it was a thing, but it doesn't show PlayStation buttons when in game. The numbered buttons drive me absolutely crazy, especially when I'm trying to escape pins or trying to play Royal Rumbles. Is there a way to force the game to show PlayStation buttons instead of the numbers?
