RANDOMLY CLOSING TO DESKTOP

My pc is good enough to play this game before anyone says anything about that lol. my game randomly closes to desktop after every loading screen thats it cant explain any better theres no error message my pc runs it fine can someone help pls

Maybe you download some CAW (mod) on community creation?
If yes, delete them. (I have problem like u when selecting caws on 1v1 then it will force close)

I'm having the same issue, I just bought the game last night and tried it today and it just crashes before I even reach the menus. Clearly I haven't made any mods to it yet since I just got it.

nope get a refund thats what i did the other wwe games work fine its just this one

What OS are you running? GPU? I've never had any crashes with this game and I've had it since day 1.

I'm having the same issue as well. Fresh re-install so I have no mods installed. No idea what the problem is. This game used to work fine before. The game won't get past the intro credits with the logos on the bottom before it crashes. Any suggestions?

You said clean install, but do you also have any old game saves or anything in your WWE2K19 Documents folder?

C:\Users\[PC_USERNAME]\Documents\WWE2K19:

config.ini
keyboard_settings.csv
keyboard_settings.ini
pad_settings.ini

GameSave is located under:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[STEAM_ID_NUMBER\817130\remote
SAVEDATA
SAVEDATA_BACKUP

I would highly recommend backing all of that stuff up, deleting it & then also disabling Cloud Save for this game in Steam & try to load it up again & see if you get to the main menu. It will act like a fresh load-up for the very first time, but I got a feeling it may be something with your previous files here if you did a clean install & have not done anything else-wise.
