The last two are not, in my opinion.
on its own that would be a huge patch from 2K.
new looks dont happen the modelling staff are on other projects Yukes do more than just this and they are a small company.

Yuques and 2K can not do it because they are a small team ... but the modders can, because they are a big team with lots of money, right ?.
THE YUKES MODDELING TEAM ARE WORKING ON OTHER PROJECTS, THINGS THAT YUKES ARE GETTING PAID FOR. and the official answer would be a simple make it as an alt attire its why you got the feature.
2K are a publisher they dont do any moddeling at all ever
Yukes develop this game in a fixed period. if a wrestler changes outfit after the official cut off date they get the old outfit just like every other year.
