Does the multiplayer even work for this game?

Hi folks. I enjoy my time playing this game in single player mode. When it comes to multiplayer I have not yet found a single person to play with. I waited for minutes even ten minutes and it is still searching for a player. It does not matter if I choose a male or female wrestler. Is this only on pc that people are not playing this game multiplayer? It's not fun to play this game single player all the time.

Must only be for PC then, because on PS4 I can find a match any time of the day from numerous amount of people, even at 4 in the morning, male and female.

the thing is PC people don't really enjoy Wrestling games that much i don't know why that is u cant find anypeople because most of the players play offline and not interested to play online for its lag and sometimes connection breaking so i think thats the problem and if u want to play on pc u have to play private with ur friends after u invite them to play

I think most people on pc just buy the game for good graphics and universe mode. I have played online before but is hard to find matches.

I have not yet found even one person to play online. That is the main reason why I have not been playing this game.

that's weird. Tekken 7 and Street Fighter 5 on pc have tons of people to play with. So it's not like it's due to the traditionally played on console nature of the thing

The thing is, online sucks in WWE games because of lag, the way that people play their matches is cheap and scummy, and there are never any fair fights because if you pick a normal wrestler on the roster your opponent is gonna be an overall 100 created wrestler with a stupid moveset.

And even with fair wreslters...the online still sucks. I played with someone with almost no lag between us, but the ~1s-lag kept changing the timing you would need to reverse moves. It just becomes a game of luck at that point.

The online have always been very unstable. Even when there were people playing during launch, the netcode feels terrible. Is mostly a single player game.

I prefer wwe game as a single player, only like the online section to download caws and arena's etc
