How to know if a move causes blood?
Is there a way to tell if a move causes blood in the move-set creations section.?

As far as I know, this is not connected to the move at all.

A limb will bleed as soon as it exceeds a certain damage level.

I’ve been doing the “Samoan Driver 1” a lot. The “Samoan Driver 1” damages the head and I have not yet been able to make my appointments bleed.

Make sure you have blood enabled in the options... it's disabled by default.

If that's not the problem, I'm out of ideas. It should start once you're at dark orange/red.
Does it work with other moves?

It's on and yes, the DDT and HHH's knee attack(I forget the name) works quite often. The problem is in previous wwe games, players were able to know if a move causes blood prior to using it. I don't understand why they would remove that feature. It's not that important of a feature but it does help to save time.
guessing they just scrapped the "blood/bleed" title on moves and left it to the player to have common sense and say "Ok i'll just hit you in the head repeatedly till you bleed".

In other words, go full New Japan Pro Wrestling shoot fighter in your matches lol

It depends on the move. Super kicks, DDT's and mounted punches do the trick. Dirty kick moves to the head turn on the fountain too.
