I found a list on google that explained who owns these moves. Only half the moves belong to wrestlers within the game. Think 2k intended these moves for CAWs.

This is fairly recent too cause Sarah Logan and Meiko Satomura both have Kentucky Knee moves. So this dude really knows his stuff.
