Season Pass Accelerator not working

Issue in the title. Bought the Season Pass, accelerator isn't working. Says that the DLC is on my computer, but can't use it. Anybody have any clue what to do?

I went into the unlock store screen. I think there was a button to unlock/use accelerator. That was it. Worked for me.

Go to the Purchasables section, then press X (or whatever button it is set in your system. It should be indicated in the lower left of the screen) to unlock everything.

If that doesn't work for you, time to contact support.

The Accelerator is integrated well, to the point where if you disable the DLC (uncheck it from the DLC screen) after using it to unlock everything, the game will give an error upon starting saying that you "need to download" the DLC, because your game save uses it.

Declining will erase your saves. I suppose this is designed to prevent people from buying the Accelerator to unlock all the characters, then refunding the DLC.

I also have the same problem and currently sent a ticket to 2K to see about getting this fix along with the other DLC. They currently said to re-install both the game and DLC to see if that works, if not I have to get back to them about it.

EDIT: I figured as much that it didn't work. I wonder if it depends on where people got the game from may be the reason the DLCs not showing up.

He might be referring to the Accelator and MyPlayer Kickstart not showing up in the game which should be unlocked already with the Season Pass.

Yeah I just said f*ck it and requested a refund. I'll just buy the DLCs separate and take the hit. Neither Steam nor 2k have a clue what to do.

Season pass dlc missing

So, I read that many of us are missing the 4 wrestlers from the season pack...
why is that?
I bought the deluxe edition but I don't have the DLC wrestlers. I should have had it, right?

do you guys have an official answer from 2k ?
