Which game in WWE series had a best character editor?(sorry for some mistakes maybe, im not perfect at english)

I would think the best system is the one on the latest generation of games (since 2K15). So as the photo importer is only active while the online functions are, the answer is going to be 2K19. 2K18's online functions are active, but only until the end of May 2019.

The only mark against 2K19's CAS, for me, is the likely necessary limitations and restrictions on certain combinations of attire and appearance parts. Other than that, it's definitely the most expansive and deep set of creation tools I've had in a wrestling game to date.

Create a Finisher is not part of the original question, but why do you think WWE '13's CAS mode is the best?

All of the creation suites have had advantages and faults, the old body morphing system was better than the current system, but photo face importer is a huge step forwards.
