Folder for Custom Images

Is there a folder in the local files for any custom images used in the game? There are some images from CAWs that I have downloaded with images that I would like to save to my computer. If there is a way to get them let me know.

tl:dr I want to export images from the game.

And the fun ends as soon as you need somebody "approving" all your uploads. See, that's the weird part - you can't just use an image for your single player character. No, you need to upload it and somebody manually approves or disapproves it.

Except NOBODY manually approves it if you want to use it only for yourself. Haven't tried uploading anything to community creations yet.
But only use it for yourself? I upload a pic and 5 seconds later download it. Nobody could be that fast on demand.
