For example the Mustang Unit Pack DLC included the Super Yamato with improved armor and 20" guns, the Montana-class battleship with its extra rear turret with a total of twelve 16" guns, the Kuma-class (torpedo variant) light cruiser with four enclosed torpedo turrets on each side of the ship and a grand total of 40 torpedo tubes, and last but not least the Alaska-class battlecruiser (that imo gives the Americans a decent ship to counter all overgunned Japanese heavy cruisers) with nine 12" guns in three turrets and slightly greater range than their Japanese counterparts.
If one obtains the original DLC, he/she can use it via cracked GFWL. However I'm not sure what the legal status one this method is, some googling should help you find what you're looking for. Best of luck to all!
If the individuals would be more concerned with releasing the dlc on steam/pc for sell then it wouldnt need to be hack and become a legal issue. In other words if they sold it I would buy it...
