Does anyone know how to get the DLC?

Since this game got taken off GFWL, all the DLC has become unavailable. I was wondering if anyone knows how to access the DLCs and DLC units, whether by files from someone with the DLC or by mods.

I grew up on this game on the 360, but the PC version was much better. However, some of the DLC added units that I enjoyed more than the vanilla ones, so I don't want to buy the PC version without knowing how to get the DLC.

Any and all help is appreciated!

Yes, and you have two choices

1. is to download the offline mode for the DLCs (this disables GFWL to you can use the DLCs) or;
2. you can download BSmodHQ v4.0 for BSP and both be able to be online and have the DLCs.

I am having a difficult time trying to get the mod installed, each time it downloads it end up as a file, and I cant open the file, any clue as to why? I have Window 8
