Report a translation problem
1. is to download the offline mode for the DLCs (this disables GFWL to you can use the DLCs) or;
2. you can download BSmodHQ v4.0 for BSP and both be able to be online and have the DLCs.

I am having a difficult time trying to get the mod installed, each time it downloads it end up as a file, and I cant open the file, any clue as to why? I have Window 8
